Refund Policy

REFUNDS
 

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Refund terms for packages, programs

workshops, events, digital products, or other offerings may vary and will be disclosed when applicable.

Once a coaching session has been provided, no refund will be issued simply because the client did not achieve a particular desired result.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
 

 COACHING PACKAGES
 

If coaching packages are offered, the number of sessions, price, expiration period, scheduling requirements, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable Coaching Agreement.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and using purchased sessions within any stated eligibility or expiration period.

Unused sessions may expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase, subject to applicable law.
 

 PAYMENT PLANS
 

Certain packages, programs, or services may be offered through installment payment plans.

When you select a payment plan, the applicable total price, installment amounts, and payment schedule will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, choosing to stop participating in or using a program does not by itself eliminate payment obligations that you previously agreed to.

Any applicable cancellation rights will remain available as required by law.
